In our neighborhoods, many of us were never taught the scaffolding beneath success, the structure, the sequence, the how behind the what. At Fuerza Foundation, we name that truth with love and then do the patient work of rebuilding one intentional step at a time so struggle becomes strategy and potential becomes a plan.

Housing
Housing is more than shelter, it’s the foundation of stability, dignity, and opportunity. Yet too many families live in crisis without a secure place to call home. Often children are displaced and relatives must step in when resources are stretched thin.
At Fuerza Foundation, we respond by partnering with local organizations to provide short-term housing relief, giving families breathing room during times of crisis. At the same time, we work with land developers, civic partners, and city officials to build attainable workforce housing that creates lasting stability. Our mission is not only to strengthen communities but also to stand with families directly impacted by displacement and instability. For us, resilience is more than survival, it’s the blueprint for lasting success, one family at a time.

Partnering With a 501(c)(3): Unlock More for Your Affordable Housing Project
Some of California’s most valuable affordable housing financing tools — tax-exempt bonds, property tax relief, and nonprofit-restricted grants — are only available when a qualifying nonprofit holds an ownership stake in the project.
